Blue Christmas Service

When "Joy to the World" is hard to capture, 

a "Blue" Christmas service offers comfort when the holidays aren't happy.

For those experiencing grief, loss or hardship, the Christmas season is far from the most wonderful time of the year. Typical holiday festivities—merry carol singing, decorating, gathering with family and purchasing gifts—emphasize joy and cheer, leaving little room for pain and grief. 

In response, St. Giles’ will offer a special service on Tuesday, December 22, 2021, at 7 p.m.  to accommodate those for whom the season is trying and difficult Christmas. 

St. Giles’ Blue Christmas service may bring some hope and comfort to those who mourn during this season.  Please join us and invite others who may find this service comforting during this season.
